Role Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media management, and/or graphic design.
Proven track record of developing effective marketing and social media strategies.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional experience in copywriting is highly desirable.
Proficiency in digital design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Experience as an assistant or in a support role with a demonstrated ability to follow schedules, time block, manage follow-ups, and ensure no tasks are left unfinished.

Capacity to anticipate needs, look ahead at upcoming tasks, and remain open-minded to new ideas and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing manager to craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
Manage and enhance the agency's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media posts, website content, and newsletters.
Design compelling graphics and promotional materials to support marketing campaigns.
Assist in organizing and promoting community and team events.
Explore and engage with various advertising opportunities to enhance visibility and reach.

Ensure meticulous follow-up and closure of all ongoing tasks, demonstrating thoroughness in all work.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour
