Position Summary
This position is responsible manufacturing high quality laminate countertops as per the production schedule.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Work on a laminate countertop production line (no experience necessary)
Read paperwork in order to complete tasks properly
Select material as per order sheet and complete required tasks
Safely transport material to work station
Cap laminate countertops
Make and install side splashes on laminate countertops
Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood and wood substitutes
Keep work area clean and organized, and equipment in good running order
Work in a safe manner that complies with all Safety Guidelines
Contribute to team effort and completes other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge and experience in woodworking an asset
Outstanding attendance and punctuality
Willingness to learn from more experienced staff members
Willingness to be trained in other departments
Ability to lift 85 lbs. +

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour
