About the Role


Reporting to the Senior Manager, Procurement, the Procurement Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and executing procurement activities and processes that support the company's operational and financial objectives.

The role will be accountable for coordinating procurement activities for various categories and ensuring that the procurement objectives are met in efficient and effective manner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies, procedures, and guidelines related to tactical procurement activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to procurement team and other departments on procurementrelated matters.
  • Perform activities that support company objectives and improve efficiencies.
  • Plan and coordinate procurement activities across various categories to ensure timely execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and internal customers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead and participate in crossfunctional teams to identify process improvements, streamline procurement operations, and maximize efficiency.
  • Prepare and present reports, training documentation, presentations, and other supporting documents on procurement performance, key metrics, and status updates.
  • Other duties as required.

Knowledge and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, with demonstrable experience in managing tactical procurement activities.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, detailed oriented with strong accuracy skills.
  • Experience in leading crossfunctional teams.
  • Previous experience with ERP systems and procurement software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment.

Note:
Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Brookfield's identity. This position requires the employee to be on-site for a minimum of 3 days to perform most effectively. We will reassess the approach on a as needed basis.
