We are looking to fill the following positions:

Site Fore(wo)man requirements:

Min. 3 years experience as site fore(wo)man or supervisor.
Must have ability to perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspection.
Extensive experience with civil construction.
Experience with municipal services (water, sewer, storm), residential septic systems, road building, grade work, excavations, pipe laying, foundation excavation, etc.
Must be able to read blueprints.
Demonstrate effective time management skills and the ability to oversee a crew of 36 members.
Possess a positive attitude and be goal oriented.
Valid Driver's License.

Overall Duties and Responsibilities (Laborer, Operators, Supervisors):_

Check equipment before operating to ensure that mechanical, safety and emergency components are in good working order.
Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulation, and compliance.
Demonstrate continuous efforts to streamline work processes and work efficiently and cooperatively with both fellow crew members and clients.
Keep detailed and accurate reports and documentation.
Ensuring to maintain a clean site, free of workrelated debris and/or obstacles.
Various other duties as needed.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$30.00-$34.00 per hour
