- Attend service calls on highways and local roads to support as a blocker vehicle, ensuring the safety of your fellow team members and BCAA Members.
- Complete a traffic scene assessment to ensure the safety and position of vehicles, while working in close coordination with the Fleet Driver and Fleet Dispatch, and/or tow partners
- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service while maintaining BCAA's high standard of service and safety.
