The Field Operations Manger will oversee a portfolio of Security, Housekeeping, and superintendent associates.

The Field Operations Manager will be focused on delivering the highest level of service through strong interpersonal skills, exceptional recruitment, selection and coaching while living the FirstService Residential values.

The individual will be able to work independently, without direct supervision and is continually driven to provide the best resident experience in the GTA.

  • Recruit, train, develop, performance manage and retain our highquality associates associates)
  • Provide and lead exception customer service, focused on quick and thorough solutionoriented responses.
  • Communicate a lot and communicate thoroughly with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote, and utilize all recommended technology
  • Lead, promote and support company initiatives, changes, policies and procedures
  • Ensure timely and thorough completion of administration requirements
  • Partner with our Field Support Centre for timely coverage of shifts at all sites
  • Be a champion of the FirstService brand and reputation ensuring execution of our brand standards, proper uniform and adherence to our mission, vision and values
  • Demonstrate the highest level of personal and professional ethics and integrity
  • Keep our associates safe and healthy by implementing, enforcing and promoting all H&S standards and Covid19 protocols.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Security, Housekeeping and Superintendent Associates.


Education and Experience

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in leading large groups, ideally in a geographically dispersed setting,
  • Must have experience in recruitment, selection, training and performance management.
  • Passion for exceptional customer service, with a strong solution orientation
