What we're looking for
As a Finance Analyst FP&A reporting into the Finance Manager, you will:


  • Perform financial analysis: track unit profitability trends, review profitability by market and other key financial indicators

Prepare budgets and forecasts:support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, strategic plans and the Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A);

Create periodic reports:prepare weekly and monthly management reports including slide decks for business reviews, budget/forecast meetings, and special projects.

Analyse business opportunities:build data models to support business needs including pro-forma modelling to evaluate potential business opportunities, perform sensitivity and what-if analyses

Drive continuous improvement: lead improvement initiatives related to quality of financial information as well as processes and procedures to ensure that data are collected, organised, enriched and reported in a secure way with a full audit trail

Track KPIs:provide support to various functions in the business related to financial results and KPIs.


Who you are
-
2-3 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis;

Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, accounting or equivalent;

  • Excellent
    computer skills with MS Office software;
  • A great
    communicator;
  • Bilingual in
    English and
    French an asset.
