This position works with mínimal supervision for the daily needs for Property Losses including complex/large loss and/or unique task needs in construction and repair phases of the project(s).

The Project Manager/Estimator will provide job specific job management and production task while proceeding in a profitable and highly efficient process.

Key focuses on this, and customer satisfaction, communications between the team and the client to ensure expectations are both set, and met.

On projects, the Project Manager/Estimator will be an integral part of the estimating and trade selection process.

He/she will be assigned a project, will be responsible for scoping, estimating, closing the sale, putting into formal production where he/she will assume day to day responsibility with the scope and accountabilities of implementation, ensuring competent site supervision, and ensure quality control of the repair work, with regular focus on the need to meet or come in below the project budgets.

He / She will also liaison regular project communications between insured, client, project management, subtrade(s) and other third parties.


He/She ensures that the job sites are safe, proper ministry documentation is posted on required project sites, and workers have the knowledge, experience and skill to perform their job.

Participation in a rotating oncall schedule is required. Vehicle allowance offered. Cell phone provided. Participation in group benefits available (Life, AD&D, LTD, Health and Dental).


Previous experience with a proven history in residential construction with a high knowledge in building code, managing teams and subtrades a must.

IICRC certifications a definite asset.


Salary:
$70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
