Description
Key duties will beAssisting with data integrity, financials and dashboarding for Project Management system (Planview) improvements
Improvements and updates to internal PMO processes and related documentation
Capacity and resource data management
Project portfolio data management
Supporting Process mapping and improvements
Must Have:
3+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator with a focus on tracking budgeting, resourcing, and scheduling
Experience working on IT projects relating to: finance or banking
Well-versed in Excel and MS Office suite
Experience using a PPM tool such as Planview, Primavera, MS Project
Nice to have:
Experience with banking industry
Experience with business process mapping
Experience with reporting tools
Experience with testing
Experience with process documentation
