    Description
    The Billing Analyst will work with individual billing departments in order to maintain accuracy and efficiency for receivables. This individual will monitor billable items to confirm we are operating at a benchmark profit and ensure proper procedures are being followed when it comes to customer setup.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor company billing system for proper account set-up and activity flow
  • Monitor customer accounts for irregularities
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Monitor and support billing adjustment requirements
  • Respond to customer questions and requests
  • Assist finance with revenue reporting queries
  • Monthly billing
  • Run billing reports to capture all revenue
  • Bi-monthly/weekly billing – Roll off
  • Prepare invoice adjustments
  • Responsible for emailing, printing and mailing of invoices
  • Portal invoicing (uploading invoices, follow-up and collections)
  • Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

  • Strong computer literacy. Comfortable working with multiple systems including Microsoft applications. Excel experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to maintain strong working relationships, with all levels of management and non-management personnel
  • Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
  • Possess strong logic, and ability to take initiative
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
