ServiceMaster Restore of Winnipeg remediates properties damaged by water, fire, mold, etc. We are looking for
_experienced_ Remediation Technicians to join our team. We offer a competitive salary, a company-paid benefits package to qualifying employees, and the opportunity for ongoing professional training.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work as a team member to complete the tasks set out on work orders including but not limited to:

Stabilize damaged properties in emergency situations
Clean up and demolition of affected building materials
Remediation of mold &/or asbestoscontaining materials
Packing out contents as needed
Clean residential and commercial properties damaged by water and fire, etc.
Participate in oncall rotation

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in the restoration industry
Experience working with mold & asbestos
Construction & demolition knowledge
Capable of carrying at least 50lbs
Willing to travel out of town for work when required
Criminal record search upon hire
Current valid driver's license

Current IICRC

WRT certificate
Ownership of basic hand tools

ASSETS:

Ownership of cordless power tools
IICRC certifications such as WRT, FSRT
Experience with contents tracking software such as Encircle or Assured Packout
Construction experience
First Aid Certification
