This is a perfect job for someone who likes to work evenings.It also works great as a second job as we can build you a schedule that allows you to still fulfill your other commitments.
It's about animals and working outdoors on a dairy farm.The hours to work:
Night shift is from 6:45pm to 11:30pm and/or an afternoon shift from 12:30pm to 4:30pm this would be for 3 to 6 shifts per week.
What you will do:
Be part of a team to complete basic animal husbandry such as: feeding calves and milking cows.
Ensure good health and welfare of each calf born on the farm by monitoring animals as well a maintaining health records.
We offer:
Lots of training, competitive wages, flexible schedule. The cows are milked 3 times per day, each chore time requires several people to complete the work.
We also do field crop work which allows for opportunity to move to a full-time position within the farm in the busy seasons if desired.
What you will need:
Dependable transportation to and from work.
