    Business Development Representative
    Location is Ancaster
    50k-60k with commissions 80K- 90K


    Perks:
    Permanent Role

    Hybrid role - must be in office for all training/then out on the road for appointments and in person meetings.

    At least 3 days in office, candidate must be local


    Duties:

    • 6 months to 1 year of experience with phone sales- making 75 calls per day
    • Set meeting with end-users-market is business owner or corporation
    • B2B sales for Office or building changes/upgrades/moves, they do not take online quotes, but BD Rep will be responsible for checking website on quote requests and setting meeting with DM
    • Experience in B2B sales over construction experience; long cycle sales,
    • Commissions will be paid in 6 months' time
    • B2B sales' business development, lead generation and account management
    • First point of contact for all lead inquires
    • Develops relationships with prospects to set appointments as this candidate will go on the appointment and close deal
    • Ability to find their own decision maker leads for office changes/designs
    • Offer sales support once project has been completed
