Corrpro Canada is looking for a Warehouse Materials Manager.


Corrpro, an Aegion company, is Canada's largest corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for the protection and preservation of infrastructure.

Corrpro provides professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, government agencies, municipal water, sewer and gas utilities, universities, and public transportation agencies.

Corrpro has complete construction installation services, including crews and equipment to install any type of cathodic protection system for any type of structure.


  • Responsible for overseeing the warehouse, inventory, production, and distribution of all material required by internal and external customers for the $12MM Materials Division
  • Responsible for overseeing efficient and effective operation of the Production & Order Processing Department. Process any invoicing, work orders, receipts, customer updates that are required
  • Perform staff evaluations. Ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Ensure all safety requirements for the Production & Order Processing Department are met
  • Maintain stock levels of manufactured items at required amounts. Oversee Cycle count and YE inventory counts
  • Update/revise all Bills of Material to reflect current Corrpro or customer standards
  • Oversee Quality Management System for Manufacturing operation. Ensure all products are manufactured to the required customer, industry, or inhouse specifications
  • Develop and implement procedures for all manufactured items
  • Oversee and where necessary, prepare and submit specified bids to internal customers
  • Report weekly on all required Production & Distribution areas
  • Assist in all areas of month end closing processes

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years in Cathodic Protection Industry or experience in related field
  • 5+ years of manufacturing and Distribution leadership / supervisory experience
  • Prior experience managing profit and loss / budgeting required
  • Experience leading cycle counting and annual inventory count programs
  • Minimum 5 years overseeing Quality Management program
  • Certified Internal Auditor preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading and driving a highly focused Safety culture
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change
  • Be able to effectively communicate with Senior Management, Internal and external customers
  • Adjust to workrelated demands without becoming frustrated
  • Demonstrate willingness for continuous selfimprovement
  • Persist at difficult tasks despite unexpected obstacles
  • Seek increased opportunities for responsibilities to achieve personal growth
  • Demonstrate contentiousness and dependability to produce results
  • Maintain all Company records and documents in strict confidence
  • Some travel may be required
  • Warehouse, office and some yard
