We are seeking a
Project Coordinator to join our team in
Winnipeg MB, Toronto, ON

The Project Coordinator
will:

Organizing, attending and participating in weekly meetings with key clients, suppliers and internal team members, prepare and distribute meeting minutes
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Reviewing project documentation (BRDs, estimates and SOWs) before sending to key clients
Performing quality assurance on new features, monthly content, monthly newsletters
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project (Jira tickets, status documents) for auditing requirements
Supporting the account directors and cross functional team with associated projects, contributing information and recommendations

To be successful
as a
Project Coordinator with People Corporation, you will need**:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Capable of multitasking and working under pressure with tight project timelines
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Exceptional time management and coordination skills
Strong attention to details and organizational skills
Excellent problemsolving abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
