Responsibilities

Assist as needed on Construction Projects
Plan and organize the responsibilities of all contracted trades.
Perform basic maintenance tasks as required
Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations.
Implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure the smooth operation of all daily operations.
Check sites frequently for issues and required maintenance.
Help with the formulation of annual budgets, finding variances, fixing problems, and keeping track of expenditures.

Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Project Management or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum two (2) years' experience in the construction industry
Strong computer skills including familiarity with various Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent problemsolving skills with ability to think & react quickly to changing conditions.
A valid class G driver's license and a reliable vehicle as travel between sites is required.
Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and followup skills.
Must be experienced in and capable of taking detailed minutes.
