We provide turnkey supply-chain service for construction material as well as crating/packaging/marshalling and shipping via Sealift, Ground Transport & Air.

We manage the logistics and provide excellent customer service support along the way, by planning and paying attention to every detail.


Position:
Receiver

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Inspects and coordinates all incoming material.
  • Prints out PO's (purchase orders)
  • Ensures that all incoming material matches our purchase orders without damage, defects, or discrepancies.
  • Must unpack, verify, and tag all incoming material with appropriate job information to ensure material is handled properly.
  • Is responsible for entering all received material on a PO (purchase order) into our database.
  • When dealing with a discrepancy it is to be reported immediately to the Operations Manager or Purchasing team to rectify the issue in a timely manner
  • Works closely with the picking & crating departments.
  • Aids with any transportation issues/damages
  • Handles all vendor returns.
  • Follows all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • High School Diploma
  • Strong prioritization and organization skills
  • Detail oriented and task driven.
  • Critical thinker with a process improvement mindset
  • Ability to interpret paperwork.
  • Outgoing and willing to work extra hours.
  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Clear and concise communicator
  • Team player
  • Experience operating a forklift, hand truck, or other equipment.
  • Be able to lift material up to 50 lbs.

$16.55-$23.82 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
