- Analysis & Reporting: P&L analysis, performance diagnostics, ad-hoc deep dives, and KPI reporting - translating operational data into actionable opportunities.
- Process & Automation: Building and improving the systems that power our reporting - better data quality, faster turnaround, and more scalable processes.
- Analyze clinic-level P&Ls to identify key drivers of revenue, cost, and EBITDA performance.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses on operational changes, staffing decisions, and margin improvement initiatives.
- Synthesize complex analysis into clear, executive-ready insights for leadership and clinic operators.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting - improving data quality, coverage, and speed.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis for clinic operations and growth initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Central Operations, Marketing, and Clinic Operations to ensure aligned execution.
- 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate finance, transaction services, or business operations.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfort working with imperfect and evolving datasets.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver concise, actionable analysis.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with experience distilling complex analysis into clear presentations.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
