The AIBC has an opportunity for an ambitious and organized individual who is up for a dynamic and rewarding role.

We are seeking a permanent, full-time Office Coordinator ("Coordinator") to join our team of regulatory professionals.

This position serves an important role in ensuring efficiency of the day-to-day operations of our office, and provides administrative, clerical, and customer service support to the AIBC team, volunteers, registrants, and visitors.


About the Role:

Measures of Success To be successful in this role, exceptional organizational skills and time-management skills are crucial.

Additionally, highly developed interpersonal and intercultural communication skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail in all related tasks is of critical importance.


About You:


Requirements for this role include the completion of a university degree, diploma, related program, or equivalent work experience, at least three years of work experience in a professional office environment and at least two years of experience providing public or client services.

Experience with record management, program administration, facilities coordination, data processing, and/or project coordination are considered assets, as well as related experience in a regulatory body, government agency, post-secondary or non-profit.
