Sales Web Leads Agents to join the
Business Development Centre located at 401 Dixie VW, in Mississauga.

The hours of this role are Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday to Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with an alternating day off.

Responsibilities:


  • Responding to web leads
  • Booking the leads an appointment with a Product Specialist at the dealership based on their questions involving the vehicle
  • Followup with their experience based on the road to sale

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service centre
  • Must have friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Able to cooperate with all staff members in all departments
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
  • Be a committed team player and self starter
  • Task and process oriented
  • Organizational ability and attention to detail Experience
  • A general understanding of vehicle brands and vehicle lifestyles
  • Must be prepared to invest in the OMVIC license required for the sale of cars in Ontario.
