Job summary
We are looking for a Youth Counsellor to join our team at the William E Hay Centre. The successful candidate will provide direct services to Agency clients in accordance with policies and directives established within the Bureau.The Youth Counsellor is responsible for providing unit coverage on a rotational shift basis, ensuring the safety and security of staff, clients and physical plant. They will also provide direct clinical services including crisis intervention and ongoing case planning involving client, family and relevant collaterals.
