- Consistently pursuing enhancements by adjusting strategies and visual merchandising to align with market trends
- A Bachelor's Degree in Retail and Business Management or similar
- 3+ years experience in a senior Visual Merchandising role and demonstrable industry knowledge
- Demonstrable leadership experience
- Experience landing improvements across a large store networks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity & attention to detail
- Time management and task prioritisation
