    ATCO Gas is looking for a Supervisor, Contract Construction for our Transmission and Distribution sectors.     What You Get to Do:

    • Direct and develop staff, ensuring proficiency and integrity.
    • Coordinate efficient completion of construction activities within the gas transmission and distribution system, ensuring documentation accuracy.
    • Manage contract administration, development, monitoring, and evaluation.
    • Uphold ATCO's safety and quality standards, aligning with regulatory codes and requirements.
    • Enhance customer experience through effective collaboration, solution development, and clear communication.
    • Coordinate emergency and unscheduled field activities with regulatory authorities and the public.
    • Address complaints and investigations from the public and company officials.
    • Lead accident and incident investigations, ensuring implementation of recommendations.
    • Prepare and monitor budgets, analyzing deviations from projections.
    • Work in an office environment with frequent job observation requirements.

    What You Bring:

    • Degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 5-10 years of extensive knowledge of the natural gas industry, including distribution, transmission, and service operations.
    • Class 5 drivers license
    • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
    • Experience working within a regulated utility environment.
    • Commitment to community involvement and interaction with community leaders and emergency services.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and familiar with basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
    • Willingness to travel across the territory when required.
