Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Functional Analyst to join our team.

As an IT Functional Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and assisting in the implementation and configuration of software systems.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for software systems and processes.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of software systems to meet business requirements.
Conduct functional testing to ensure software solutions are implemented correctly and perform as expected.
Support endusers by providing training and assistance during system implementations and upgrades.
Collaborate with development teams to define technical specifications based on functional requirements.
Assist in the creation of functional design documents, process flow diagrams, and user manuals.
Participate in system integration testing and support the resolution of any functional issues that arise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Junior Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.
Strong team player.
Good analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and development teams.
Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools.
Proficient in documenting requirements using standard techniques (use cases, user stories, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Selfmotivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
A passion for technology and its ability to improve business processes.
Must be fluently bilingual in French and English.

Assets Scrum methodology awareness and previous work in an agile environment.
