We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Functional Analyst to join our team.

As an IT Functional Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and assisting in the implementation and configuration of software systems.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for software systems and processes.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of software systems to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct functional testing to ensure software solutions are implemented correctly and perform as expected.
  • Support endusers by providing training and assistance during system implementations and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define technical specifications based on functional requirements.
  • Assist in the creation of functional design documents, process flow diagrams, and user manuals.
  • Participate in system integration testing and support the resolution of any functional issues that arise.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Junior Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.
  • Strong team player.
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and development teams.
  • Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Proficient in documenting requirements using standard techniques (use cases, user stories, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • A passion for technology and its ability to improve business processes.
  • Must be fluently bilingual in French and English.
Assets Scrum methodology awareness and previous work in an agile environment.
