Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
Maintain a wellstocked bar with supplies and ingredients
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Experience:

Previous experience in bartending or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Familiarity with food safety regulations in the hospitality industry
Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for patrons
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment

Skills:

Excellent math skills for calculating bills and making change
Knowledge of food service procedures and techniques
Basic understanding of food safety practices in the industry
Ability to work well in a team and assist colleagues when needed
Strong hospitality skills to provide exceptional service to customers
Excellent customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve complaints
