Job summary
Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC) is pleased to partner with various Peterborough agencies, to offer services through the new Peterborough Homelessness Addiction and Recovery Team (HART) Hub. The Nurse Practitioner (NP) would be responsible for delivery services effectively and in a way that meets the needs of the individuals they serve.

- Bio-psycho-social assessment of patients presenting with signs and symptoms of moderate to severe mental health and addictions conditions
