Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Vancouver branch for
Proposal Coordinator to execute the daily process of coordinating proposal submissions and other tasks related to Business Development such as graphic design, managing the proposal library, and assisting with overall proposal production. This position will also assist with leading Request for Qualifications submissions.

Position Specifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, Marketing or comparable experience
• Indepth knowledge of business development, sales support, marketing
• 2+ years of proposal development experience
• 5+ years working directly with senior management
• Prior experience in the AEC Industry
• Strong communicator, relationship builder and business partner
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problemsolving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite
