Digital Attractions has been providing unique and memorable photo opportunities for guests of Niagara Falls since 2004.

We have photo operations stationed at the following iconic attractions:

the Boat Tour, Journey Behind the Falls, Niagara's Fury, the Butterfly Conservatory, the White Water Walk, and the Whirlpool Aero Car.


Please note that on-the-job training is provided for the use of our photography equipment and software. Prior experience is not required.

  • SALES ASSOCIATE

PHOTO CAPTURE ASSOCIATE Position
Overview:

The Photo Capture Associate is responsible for capturing greenscreen photographs of guests as they pass through the photo capture area on their way to their designated attraction.

The Photo Capture Associate may also work in the guest flow area outside of the photo sales gallery, greeting and directing guests.


PHOTO CAPTURE ASSOCIATE
Job Duties:


  • Greet guests with a smile and pleasant acknowledgement as they approach the photo capture area and/or as they exit the attraction
  • Establish how many guests are together, if necessary
  • Direct guests to the available capture area and organize the guest(s) for their photo
  • Guide tour groups to the tour capture area or, if requested by the tour group leader, through the alternate bypass
  • Keep lines moving quickly and efficiently
  • Take a quick and quality image of guests
  • Follow trained procedures on operation of equipment
  • Monitor the quality of the photos and capture a retake if necessary
  • Hand guests their photo claim ticket so they can view their photo after the attraction
  • Look after and maintain photography equipment, ensuring it is in working order
  • Remind and direct guests to view their photo at the photo gallery with their claim ticket
  • Rotate on Guest Flow station outside of gallery as necessary, bringing guests from the exit to the counter to see and purchase photos
  • Keep the area clean and tidy
  • Perform additional duties as directed by Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager

SALES ASSOCIATE
Position
Overview:

Sales Associates work inside and outside the photo gallery where photos are displayed, viewed, and sold to guests as they exit the attraction.

Sales Associates are also responsible for packaging and processing payments for photos.


SALES ASSOCIATE Job Duties:


  • Greet guests with a smile and pleasant acknowledgement as they approach the photo gallery
  • Show and sell photos to guests
  • Organize the photo display wall and photos taken off of the wall
  • Order reprints as needed
  • Accurately and efficiently operate point of sale systems and maintain all transactions
  • Package photos for guests
  • Rotate on Guest Flow station outside of gallery, bringing guests from the exit to the counter to see and purchase photos
  • Look after and maintain all the gallery equipment, ensuring it is in working order
  • Keep the area clean and tidy
  • Perform additional duties as directed by Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager
