- Experience as a Project Manager with at least 7 years' experience managing projects with large budgets, complex solutions, and over multiple years.
- Excellent leadership, communication, management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with stakeholders at different levels, including executives.
- Ability to work with and coordinate cross-functional teams, including vendor partners.
- Ability to support, influence, and negotiate project decisions through priority and data.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an asset.
- Knowledge of different project management methodologies.
- Insurance background is an asset but not mandatory.
- Experience with Cloud and Guidewire technologies is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complex scenarios.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and Project).
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to run effective project meetings, workshops, and/or other forums as needed.
