Sales Specialist

Atlas Structural Systems is an manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of pre-engineered structural systems for commercial and residential construction projects in Eastern Canada.

Our integrated roof, wall, and floor systems offer proven quality and provide a great deal of benefit and value.

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Specialist to join our expanding team and contribute to our growth in the Nova Scotia market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Collaborate with the sales and design teams to create effective strategies for business expansion
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
Frequent travel to customer sites, primarily in Nova Scotia and some to other maritime provinces as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field
Proven experience in business development or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Familiarity with offsite construction would be an asset
Bilingual English and French would be considered an asset
