    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    AtSynpulse, our Talent Acquisition team combines a unique blend of Headhunting,Storytelling and Consulting to provide an expert recruitment service andpartnership to the business. Our team's mission is defined by two primaryobjectives: firstly, to connect the finest talent available in the market withSynpulse, and secondly, to deliver an unparalleled candidate experience.

    About the job:

    What yourrole will look like:

  • You will lead the TA function for both Canada and the US office and work closely with the Country Heads to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
  • Work with Global CPO to support and assist with the roll out of global and regional People & Culture initiatives
  • You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle of Sourcing, Qualification and Process Management
  • You will actively source candidates with the use of LinkedIn, social media channels and alternative search techniques.
  • You will actively build and manage talent pools to create a candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
  • You will measure and report on recruiting metrics by consistently utlising and maintaining data within the ATS
  • You will provide market commentary on industry and competitor talent trends
  • You will provide a seamless candidate experience and through each stage of the process and champion our employer brand throughout
  • About you:

    What we'relooking for:

  • You are educated to bachelor's degree level
  • You will bring a minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience within either agency recruitment or an inhouse TA function
  • You have experience of managing the 360 recruitment process
  • You will ideally have had exposure to working in the consulting, banking, insurance or technology industry
  • You will have had some experience working in a growth company
  • You will have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate appropriately with people at all levels.
