Baker, you are responsible for that enticing smell when you walk into one of our bakery-cafes You bake our artisan bread with true craftsmanship and are the heart and soul of what makes us special.

In a typical day, you are accountable for:

  • Food preparation and quality
  • Clean preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
  • Operate largevolume cooking equipment
  • Cook food according to requirements for quality and quantity

Requirements:


  • 12 years as a baker or a bakery background as an asset
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able and willing to work flexible shifts, days, hours; including weekends and overnights
  • Onthejob training is provided
