As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of food items, ensuring high-quality meals are served to our customers.

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to recipes and guidelines
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure food quality and minimize the risk of contamination
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and sanitation standards

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar food service environment is preferred
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Must have a valid Food Handler's Certificate or be willing to obtain one
