- Développer et dispenser des cours ainsi que des activités éducatives et d'éveil, tout en adaptant l'enseignement aux besoins individuels.
- Encourager un cadre d'apprentissage engageant et sécurisé.
- Suivre et ajuster l'approche pédagogique basée sur l'évaluation des progrès des élèves.
- Informer régulièrement les parents des avancées et défis de leurs enfants.
- Contribuer à l'animation de la vie scolaire et des activités parascolaires.
