About the role
Join the Credit Assessment and Underwriting Team in the Officer, Project Coordination position.

In this role, you will provide proactive project monitoring support to various project teams, project sponsors, and effectively employ project and change management methodologies.

In addition, you will act as an integral member of the project team responsible for coordinating and assisting with the delivery projects of varying sizes and complexity.


What you'll do:


  • Proactively ensure stakeholders are engaged and informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations and/or corporate goals.
  • Assist with the planning, preparation and maintenance of project documentation and reports, including project dashboards.
  • Plan and participate in project meetings and play a key role in supporting the process to establish project requirements.
  • Monitor project needs to ensure they are addressed in a timely and costeffective manner.
  • Track current project status reports against the project plan and maintain a high level of understanding of the project and business outcomes to fully support the project.
  • Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor the course of the project, project issues and overall project health in coordination with various project teams.
  • Ensure that timelines are respected for project milestones and deliverables are being met within set deadlines.

What you should have:


  • An undergraduate degree in business administration, project management, commerce, change management or equivalent education and experience.
  • A minimum of one year of work experience in project management, project coordination, and administrative support.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration and stakeholder relations skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop successful relationships with stakeholders.
  • An ability to prioritize work activities to desired business goals when faced with tight deadlines and conflicting priorities.
  • Knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies, standards and documentation.
  • Knowledge of MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.

It would be great if you also had:

  • Project Management (PMI) and/or change management (Prosci) certifications is considered an asset.
