Bookkeeper_

Your responsibilities:_

- _Full cycle accounts receivable/payable_
- _Conduct monthly reconciliations_
- _Collect and remit HST_
- _Maintain chart of accounts_
- _Maintain an organized accounting filing system_
- _Process payroll_
- _Preparing and consolidating financial statements_
- _Establishing and maintaining internal controls_
- _Managing all aspects of the general ledger_
- _Assisting with the budget process_
- _Analyzing and reporting cost variances_


Our Requirements:


  • Post secondary education in Accounting/Finance is essential
  • Working towards CPA or CMA is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite

$60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
