Job Description:


  • Partner with senior, multiple and/or executive stakeholders to conduct planning and to develop the project charter, goals, objectives and delivery methodology.
  • Demonstrates management of full project lifecycle for multiple initiatives or workstreams varying in complexity and stakeholders, ensuring the effective execution of large or complex projects to deliver a product or solution that satisfies stakeholder expectations and achieves project success criteria
  • Track and monitor process, identify and manage variances and changes, and distribute information and reports on a timely and informative basis.
  • Facilitate the completion of an organizational change management assessment and work with the business to prepare an organizational change management
  • Responsible for project delivery and client/stakeholder satisfaction and relationship management
  • To maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project
  • To lead and facilitate the overall crossfunctional project team
  • To manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
  • To take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
  • Any other work related tasks or duties deemed required and assigned by the management / line manager.

Qualifications:


  • Familiarity with cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and optimizing working capital.
  • Experience with various cash management products and services, such as lockbox systems electronic funds transfer, automated clearing, etc.
  • Knowledge in commercial lending processes and understanding of credit risk assessment.
  • Ability to understand corporate treasury functions and their impact on corporate finance procedures, including cash positioning, risk management, and investment strategies.
  • Indepth understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with a focus on Scrum framework.
  • Proven success in adapting Agile practices to suit the unique needs of a given situation.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and adaptive project environment that promotes continuous improvement.
  • Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams, including IT, risk management, compliance, and business units.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
