PhysioMira Physiotherapy is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team in a front desk role, with the opportunity to grow into an Office Manager position.

This role is designed for someone who is interested in long-term growth and leadership within a healthcare setting.

About the Role

You will begin as a Receptionist, learning all aspects of our clinic's operations — scheduling, billing, patient communication, and daily workflow.

As you develop a strong understanding of our systems and demonstrate initiative, organization, and leadership ability, there is an opportunity to transition into the Office Manager role, overseeing clinic operations and supporting the administrative team.

Initial Responsibilities (Receptionist Phase)

  • Patient scheduling and front desk coordination
  • Managing phone and email communication
  • Processing payments and assisting with billing
  • Maintaining organized daily workflow
  • Supporting clinicians and administrative processes

Growth into Office Manager Role May Include:

  • Overseeing front desk operations
  • Supporting and guiding administrative staff
  • Monitoring clinic systems and efficiency
  • Improving workflows and organization
  • Assisting with performance tracking and accountability
  • Helping ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations

Who You Are

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • A self-starter who takes initiative without being prompted
  • Comfortable managing others and holding team members accountable
  • Strong communicator — clear, professional, and confident
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
  • Experienced in clinic, medical, or allied health administration (preferred)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years experience in office administration (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Comfortable with technology and scheduling/billing systems
  • Previous leadership experience is an asset
