- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and a member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Prior experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs

- Familiarity with community resources and strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
