Interior Design Assistant - Etobicoke, Canada - Gray Interiors

Description

• Assist developing design concepts and presentations.
• Create detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD software.
• Collaborate with team members to produce design documentation, including floor plans, and elevations.
• Capability to create 3D Renderings an asset, but not required
• Conduct research on materials and products
• Assist with sourcing and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Participate in site visits and client meetings as needed, but most of the work is from home.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.

• Completed Education in Interior Design or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCad
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design software an asset, but not required
• Familiarity with fashion design principles and trends
• Excellent visual and spatial awareness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
