MD Financial Management, a division of Scotia Wealth Management, has an exciting opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic, and client-focused Client Reporting Specialist to join our team.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Execute Canadian tax production and CRM2 activities accurately and within regulatory deadlines
- Identify, document, and support resolution of system defects and process gaps
- Collaborate with internal and external composition and printing partners as it related to tax and CRM2 activities
- Develop and maintain related procedure and work instruction documents, and regularly review and update as required
- Establish processes and procedures that facilitate continuous process improvement on all tax production processes, and ensure operational efficiency of the production processes
The Must Haves:
- Experience in tax reporting in a financial services environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- College or University degree related to Commerce is an asset
- Tax related courses, certifications, or completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset
- Working knowledge of SPM/Confluence software is an asset
