MD Financial Management, a division of Scotia Wealth Management, has an exciting opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic, and client-focused Client Reporting Specialist to join our team.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

Execute Canadian tax production and CRM2 activities accurately and within regulatory deadlines
Identify, document, and support resolution of system defects and process gaps
Collaborate with internal and external composition and printing partners as it related to tax and CRM2 activities
Develop and maintain related procedure and work instruction documents, and regularly review and update as required
Establish processes and procedures that facilitate continuous process improvement on all tax production processes, and ensure operational efficiency of the production processes

The Must Haves:

Experience in tax reporting in a financial services environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
College or University degree related to Commerce is an asset
Tax related courses, certifications, or completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset
Working knowledge of SPM/Confluence software is an asset
