Key Responsibilities:


  • Complete client care and followup tasks
  • Keep database up to date as possible, actively look for ways to improve it
  • Complete administrative tasks for team members
  • Update and manage CRMs and transactional software while actively considering improvements
  • Maintain office supplies/order office supplies
  • Run and keep minutes for team meetings
  • Ensure agents are being held accountable for paperwork, managing their databases, etc
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new agents and employees
  • Create, send, and store all paperwork regarding Real Estate transactions
  • Create property feature sheets and promotional marketing materials for agents
  • Plan and coordinate team events and contests
  • Provide input on marketing strategy and timelines
  • Oversee management of marketing department, providing direction as needed
  • Other administrative duties as assigned or needed
  • Strong communication skills
  • Works well independently as well as with a team
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Good leadership skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of and experience with social media platforms
