The Opportunity

businesses, government agencies and lenders, all while working with industry leading talent? CBRE's Halifax office is currently looking for an outgoing, driven, team player to join its growing Debt and Structured Finance (DSF) Team.

As a leading provider of land, commercial and multifamily financing, the team combines robust lender relationships, industry-leading deal volume and a strong platform to deliver innovative options for any mortgage financing requirement.

About you

Underwriting, including financial statement analysis
Obtaining required documentation from relevant parties
Preparing lender presentations
Managing the funding process
Liaising with borrowers, CMHC and lenders

What we require

High level of attention to detail
Eagerness to learn
Strong time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Be a team player
Understanding of financial statement analysis (an asset)
Understanding of commercial real estate finance (an asset)
