Duties & Responsibilities

Provide elevated beverage service serving guests both alcoholic and nonalcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
Make consistent efforts to identify repeat guests and customize their experience based on their preferences.
Practice Smart Serve principles and check customers' identification to confirm it meets legal drinking age as required.
Embody a great service culture, and create a high level of service standards and excellence

Qualifications & Experience

24 years in a Bartender role
Smart Serve Certification
Excellent wine, beer and spirit knowledge
WSET or CAPS an asset
