We are looking for an
Account Coordinator to join our team


This role will be hands-on, working closely with the Sales and Account Management teams, reporting to the Vice President of Client Services and Business Development.

You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from receiving a new opportunity to sending out final invoices.

You shouldn't be afraid to ask questions and are comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities. We are looking for someone with solid communication skills, both written and verbal, and a can-do attitude.

As an Account Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to, the following:


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the VP of Client Services and Business Development with all administrative aspects of a project, including data entry, completing forms, and proposal writing
  • Support Sr. Account Managers as needed
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships
  • Provide ongoing client support to ensure optimal client service, relationship management and client retention
  • Accurately enter and update entries on CRM software in a timely manner and ensure that any file changes are updated on the server
  • Prepare quotes from estimates and critical path timelines
  • Assist in clearly defining the project scope, including budget and timeframe
  • Follow up with clients on missing project information
  • Ensure followthrough of client communication
  • Listen and respond promptly and courteously to client's requests, concerns, and comments
  • Professionally represent Juiceworks at all times
  • Daytoday communication with all internal teams
  • Travel and site visits may be required

Qualifications:


  • Degree or Diploma or 23 years relevant work experience; Degree/Diploma in any of the following: Media/Marketing/Events
  • Passion for some of the following: Trade Shows/Branded Experiences/Experiential Marketing AND experience with some of the following:
  • Experience with working with exhibits or experiential spaces
  • Experience with Adobe products, specifically Illustrator or InDesign
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel

$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
