Jump on Ship The Opportunity:

At Oak Island Resort & Conference Centre, we have an immediate opening for a Laundry Attendant If you are a dynamic, detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work well on your own and as part of a team, we want you


What You Will Do:


  • Collect all laundry throughout the resort, including the stripping of beds
  • Wash and dry linens, use press and iron as needed, and sort laundry
  • Inspect all clean laundry to ensure it is free from stains and/or damage
  • Maintain cleanliness of laundry room and equipment
  • Ensure Room Attendant carts are stocked
  • Any other work as assigned by the supervisory or management team

What You Need to Succeed:


  • Previous cleaning or hotelrelated experience an asset
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Physically able to complete all required tasks
  • Availability for shift including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
