We are seeking a student to join us for a 4-month summer term position starting in May 2023. This position will be based out of Winnipeg, MB.

What You'll Be Working On


Our internships and Co-ops are designed to provide you with a business relevant project that will allow you to independently manage your own area of responsibility, while receiving support from an assigned Supervisor and Technical Mentor.

We'll help you discover your strengths and development areas in a challenging, fun, and supportive work environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify the root cause of issues and resolve them quickly through analysis and troubleshooting, vendor consultation, and utilizing other technical resources.
  • Configure and maintain SharePoint document libraries, enterprise lists and site collections
  • Perform typical SharePoint administrative activities such as site creation, user training, customizations, and issue resolution.
  • Support the implementation of SharePointbased workflows, development of dashboards, standardized site templates to include branding, userexperience enhancements, web parts, ribbons and integration with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and provide user level training as needed.
  • Assist the Senior Application Administrator to maintain development, test and production environments.
  • Assist the Senior Application Administrator with deployment of scripts, jobs, views, stored procedures, userdefined functions, and triggers.
  • Provide general support to Business Analysts, Programmer Analysts, and other coworkers as required.
  • Test, validate and implement performance and resource optimization improvements
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Participate with afterhours support as required (mínimal).
  • Create and maintain documentation for technical support and user reference.
  • Create and follow existing standards and processes in fulfilling all duties and responsibilities.


Who We Need On Our Team- You are currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.- You will complete at least one more semester of education following your internship and possess a GPA of 3.
