Background
We have just opened a new centre and are in need of a great Patient and Office Coordinator.
To start we are posting this role as a 3-month contract, part-time for 15 hours per week so we can assess was is best needed to meet the needs of our patients and clients.
This role will most likely build out into a longer term position, however we are starting with this contract to learn more about the needs of the organization.
Role Description
Qualifications:
- Administrative assistance and clerical proficiency
- Effective communication skills
- Demonstrated reliability
- Experience with Jane scheduling software preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently, while meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and eagerness to acquire new skills
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
