The Team:

Private Markets Investment Due Diligence (PM IDD) is the process of analyzing private alternative investments to identify investment-related risks and form opinions, which in turn help Albournes clients make investment decisions.

Albournes PM IDD Real Assets team includes a global network of professionals who specialize in infrastructure and natural resources, as well as other esoteric asset classes.

We work closely with clients to provide a thorough assessment of all investment-related aspects of various private fund offerings.

In a typical day, the Real Assets team is liaising with investment managers to prepare a written research report outlining risks and recommendations for our clients.

This includes reviewing a selected investment managers strategy & investment process, track record, management & team, portfolio, and fund terms, as well as assessing the risk and potential for alpha generation.

Albournes PM IDD Internship Program is an exciting opportunity for undergraduate students to get a head start in their finance career by joining a global investment consultant in the investment due diligence and Real Assets space.

Students will spend their summer term gaining technical training with databases, acquiring hands-on alternative investment markets experience, and working alongside industry specialists.

Our PM IDD summer internship will run from 6 May through to 30 August 2024.
