Contract Administration, Office Services, Asset Management:
3-5 years' experience
The Morris Group rents, leases, and sells temporary and permanent modular buildings, including standard buildings ready for immediate delivery and custom-designed solutions.

Contract Administrator in
Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the EVP, the Contract Administrator works cooperatively with sales, operations, and other members of the team.
The successful Contract Administrator is detail and process oriented with a strong base in contract administration, fleet / asset management and modular construction.
The Contract Administrator is responsible for the following:
Support transport coordination and bookings of units leaving or returning.
Supporting and receiving calls for service on rented buildings.
Subcontract and subcontractor management.
A physical field presence is required during startups, liaising on site with the client, viewing sites prior to commencing work, physically ensuring completed work, delivered modules, and received on site may be required as work in the field in person.
Providing information to Finance for invoicing and collecting receivables in a timely manour.
Enter data into SharePoint including Contract Documents, Purchasing and Billing Maintain asset rental status and project files
Obtain and administer contract change orders from sales team.
Address customer disputes and questions immediately and in a highly professional manner.
Provide correct operations and rental billing to requesting customers'
Liaise with sublease vendors and operational subcontractors to ensure all AP invoices coincide with contracted third-party agreement and rental billing processed at the correct time.
Qualifications:
Contract administration or Asset Management experience. Construction and / or mobile industry experience is an asset.
Previous experience with contracts and projects administration is an asset.
Must be friendly, personable, and able to build harmonious working relationships with clients and co-workers. Knowledgeable and proficient computer skills with practical experience in the Microsoft suite of programs. Knowledge of Microsoft project, and a good knowledge of modular construction methods.
Must have impeccable attention to detail, adaptability, and be extremely organized.
Requires travel across Eastern Canada for project startups and visits as required (Northern Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada).
Must be fluent in English both oral and written. French speaking is considered an asset.
Demonstrable skills in organization, problem solving, flexibility, ability to multi-task, and self-direction.
Salary Range and details:
$80, $110, The range will be determined by experience and education)
